I haven’t posted in ages and now I’ve posted three times in one day. Tonite I’m hungry. I made an avocado salad with a little tomato, onion, lime juice, and garlic, and it was delicious.
I had way too many calories, fat, and carbs, and not enough protein or fiber, but I blame the bread sticks.
I’m snacking on cashews now, but I need to stop before I eat them all!
One of my roommates now wants to try dieting to lose weight and I’m afraid I influenced her too much. I don’t want anyone to try something because I want them to or because they think it’s a quick way to lose weight. It’s difficult physically and mentally.
Oh PS if anyone doesn’t want to get all these updates let me know and I’ll either LJ-cut them or make a special contacts list. I don’t want to spam anyone’s f-lists!
