Raw Food Day 3

This morning I weighed about 112 lbs. And when I woke up I wasn’t hungry at all.

Breakfast:
Banana

Snack:
A few cashews

Lunch:
Salad-Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, onions, celery, a dash of lime juice, and some hot sauce.

Dinner:
Blood orange, carrots, broccoli, and some teryaki sauce.

My roommate was making honey teryaki chicken and I couldn’t take the smell. I used some of the marinade to dip my veggies in. I probably shouldn’t have, but I felt better about not eating the delicious dinner she was making.

I’m hungry now and I’m really close to eating a cupcake that’s downstairs. We made them for my birthday and they’re going to go bad soon. I know I shouldn’t but they’re Doctor Who themed and really yummy. I might have one and only be 95% raw today. I feel bad because I don’t want to have to throw them out.

I’m out of cashews and I could really go for some right now.

  1. I’m totally supportive of this raw thing, just to get that out of the way. Now, let’s just clarify that anything birthday/holiday related never counts during any diet so birthday cupcakes are totally in (especially Doctor Who cupcakes!!!) and if you won’t eat them for you at least eat one for me 🙂
