Just weighed myself on the scale I was always using and it says about 106. That means I’ve lost about 9 lbs in 3 weeks. I’ve lost weight quicker before, but that’s pretty good since I’ve been eating a lot of fat and a decent amount of calories. Plus I haven’t been hardcore working out. Not bad.

Oookies, that makes a lot more sense now! I’m 5’4 and hypoglycemic and have barely broken 100 that one time a few years back – it’s my goal to get there and maintain it. These last few lbs just don’t want to stick, I’ve been around ~97 lbs since ’01, blah.
