Well I successfully completed a month of not eating any cooked or processed foods! I’m home for a few days for break now and I’ve been eating a few not raw things =/. My results with this hasn’t been the best. I’ve eaten 1 brownie, popcorn, and veggie sushi, and I’m feeling quite sick to my stomach and have already gained about a pound back. I’m positive it was the buttery popcorn that made me sick, my belly felt really full.
I’m also going to have some boca chili for lunch because I wasn’t able to go shopping and there’s nothing raw in the house really. When I do go shopping I’m going to get ingredients to make this chocolate orange raw cake:

Figures I start eating bad and put on a little weight right before I get to wear my bathing suit in the hot tub haha.
