Only a few more days until WordCamp NYC and I’m so very excited. This is one of the first conferences (in my field) that I’m going to be attending and it’s two days jam packed with awesomeness. Besides being in my favorite US city (New York), and listening to my future husband* (Matt Mullenweg) speak, I’m really excited to be around like minded, tech savvy people who are interested in blogging and/or coding.

And the Q&A with Matt Mullenweg
One of the little things that got me extremely excited was the choices for lunch. You could choose vegetarian, vegan, or kosher (or no restriction), for your meal. How awesome is that!? I’m going to eat a catered lunch, at a huge event, and I actually got to pick a vegan option! I’m not sure what the meal is going to be yet, but the fact that they are offering such alternatives is really wonderful.
I have a feeling everyone will on their laptops for the conference, and I plan on tweeting a lot…so make sure you’re following me on twitter!
(*Matt Mullenweg and I aren’t actually engaged to get married, nor have we ever met…but a girl can dream can’t she?)
