One Hundred Push Ups-Week 3

I have just completed my third week of the Hundred Push Ups Challenge. Week three was noticeably harder than the first two. The first day I was struggling, and then I went to the gym and did upper body on my ‘rest’ day in between day 1 and 2, which made day 2 hard. Day 3 felt pretty good, but it’s getting a lot harder.

Day 1

Set 1: 14
Set 2: 18
Set 3: 14
Set 4: 14
Set 5: 40
Total: 100

Day 2

Set 1: 20
Set 2: 25
Set 3: 15
Set 4: 15
Set 5: 30
Total: 105

Day 3

Set 1: 22
Set 2: 30
Set 3: 20
Set 4: 20
Set 5: 30
Total: 122
