This is a super simple recipe for raw pudding, and it tastes really good too.
- 1-2 Avocados
- Raw cacao or cocoa powder
- Agave or other sweetener
Mash up the avocados until creamy (1-2 depending on how much you want to make). The more ripe they are, the better the consistency, but if they are very ripe, it will have a stronger “green” flavor and you will need to add more cocoa and agave.
Mix in the cocoa, a little at a time, until it has the desired chocolaty flavor, then add agave to sweeten and you’re done! It will probably be the healthiest chocolate pudding you’ve ever had and you won’t even be able to tell.
