What I Ate Wednesday

The first thing I had was a glass of strawberry kombucha.

And then one strawberry and pineapple smoothie (almond milk, pineapple, strawberry, chia seeds, Sun Warrior vanilla protein powder).

I took my vitamin and spirulina with two full bottles of water.

I made a batch of mostly raw ‘kitchen sink’ cookies. The base is made from raw oats and date paste. I added in a little bit of everything, vanilla protein powder (raw, vegan), almond butter, chia seeds, chocolate chips (vegan, but not raw), goji berries, golden raisins, and a lot of cinnamon.

I dehydrated them for a bit, but I ate most of them right off the tray while they were drying.

I had 3 bananas through out the day.

For dinner, I had a big bowl of raw veggies, and then a bowl full of broccoli cooked with nutritional yeast.

And I saw these veggie burgers at Target, so I gave them a try.

They were pretty good. I had two with some roasted potatoes and garlic Veganaise.

Dinner

For dessert I had a few (read: a lot) more oatmeal cookies.
