Independence ARMy Yoga Challenge

After some internal debating, I decided to fully jump on board for the Independence ARMy yoga challenge for July. At first, I was hesitant because I think I’ll struggle with a lot of the poses, but in the end I decided that it’s probably a good thing to do a *challenging* challenge.

I’d also like to focus on a daily meditation and/or carve out a designated time every day to practice. So far I’ve finished 61 consecutive days of yoga, and it’s been incredible.

Is anyone else interested in doing the challenge with me? You can Instagram it, tweet it, blog it, whatever. Or just do it for yourself!

    1. Hi Kim, I found these yoga challenges on Instagram. There is one called “She’s Got Legs” starting in Aug. It’s hosted by Kino MacGregor and a few other yoga rockstars. I’m going to post the main image here in a few days.
