September’s yoga challenge is a Balance Basics challenge. This looks like a great set of poses that anyone can do. There’s only a few more difficult poses towards the end and the hosts always have modifications if you aren’t there yet.
Day 10: Ardha Baddha Padma Paschimottanasana. Half-Bound Lotus Seated Forward Bend. (Even though my picture is missing the bound part…oops.)
Day 11: Reclining Straddle. This was the first time in 96 days that I didn’t post a yoga pic on Instagram. Mainly, because my phone had a very unfortunate dip in the washing machine. I ended up digging out my old phone to use, but with the news of Robin Williams’ death, it didn’t seem like an appropriate time to post a yoga pic. I took two days off from posting, and then ended up catching up. I did still practice every day though, so I’m still going strong with 119 days straight at the time of writing this post.
