November’s Yoga Challenge – Healing Hearts – Week 2

I’m grateful for my childhood dance teachers for being inspirational and also for my mom for enrolling me in class when I was 4. Dance class was such a huge part of my childhood, it started my love of stretching and fitness. It’s still a huge part of me today. I will always remember Miss Anita-Jean and Miss Laurie with fond memories.

I’m grateful for yoga and these yoga challenges. They inspire me to practice and also to learn new things.

I’m grateful for my healthy body. It takes me where I need to be and lets me do yoga.

I’m grateful for my freedom and for everyone who fought to give me that right. Happy Veterans Day and a huge thank you!

I’m grateful for the heat in our house, since it’s 29 and pouring outside.

I’m grateful for the washer and dryer in our house. It was this time last year the dryer (that was 30 years old!) died. And going to the Laundromat for a few years before that was one of my least favorite things. Even though they are material things, I’m so grateful I just have to walk into the garage to do laundry.
